Your Host and Chef Christine is herself a coeliac and therefore understands that not only is it important to offer a wide range of foods suitable for coeliacs but how important it is to deliver those foods without contaminating them with gluten.
The Kitchen at The Bridge Inn is set up so that any gluten containing foods are handled in such a way as not to contaminate any of the food destined for coeliacs or those with a gluten intolerance.
We cannot guarantee that your food is 100% Gluten Free but we use non gluten containing ingredients and take every care to ensure your food is delivered safely.
We are required by law to inform you of certain allergens contained in your food, if you are unsure about allergens or anything else on our menu please ask to speak to a supervisor.
