One Course £14 - Two Courses £18  Three Courses £22

Includes coffee, mince pies and Christmas Crackers. All available Gluten and Dairy Free.

Christmas Day

12pm till 2.30pm and 3pm till 7pm.

£35 one course-£40 two course- £45 Three course  £50 four course

Christmas Day, choose from Starters, Mains and Desert from below where applicable and four course includes mince pies and coffee. All meals must be pre-booked and pre-ordered. A £20 per head deposit is required to secure your Christmas Day booking with full payment no less than two weeks before 25th December. Boxing day as per Christmas Fayre menu, pre-orderd pre-payed as per Christmas Day. Bookings only for Christmas Fayre, no deposit required.


Starters

Home Made Spicy Carrot and Coriander Soup

Served with a bread roll.

Prawn Cocktail

Succulent prawns on a bed of mixed leaves topped with our own Marie Rose Sauce and served with brown bread and butter.

Deep Fried Goats Cheese

Served on a bed of mixed leaves and topped with walnuts and sweet chilli sauce.

Smoked Mackerel

A cheese Crustini, topped with a poached egg and topped with Smoked Mackerel.

 Mains   

Traditional Christmas Turkey Dinner

Served with mash potatoes, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower and peas, pigs in blankets, homemade Chestnut Stuffing and Yorkshire Puddings with a rich gravy and home-made cranberry sauce.

Roast Beef with Shallot, Mushroom and Red Wine Sauce

Served with mash potatoes, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower and peas, and Yorkshire Puddings with a rich mushroom and red wine sauce.  

Roast Pork with Apple, Cranberry and Port Sauce

Served with mash potatoes, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, peas, homemade Chestnut stuffing and Yorkshire puddings, finished off with a rich gravy and home-made apple cranberry and Port Sauce.

Lamb Shank          

In a red wine sauce served with honey and mustard roasted red peppers, parsnips, carrots and red onion, roast potatoes, mash potatoes and fresh asparagus spears.

Baked Salmon or Sea Bass

topped lemon and baked in the oven, served with creamy saffron mashed potato, grilled tomatoes, courgette, button mushrooms and asparagus spears, finished off with a creamy pesto or white wine sauce.

Homemade Nut Roast. ( Vegan available )

My own blend of Walnuts, Almond, Chestnuts and vegetables baked into a Nut Roast, served with creamed potatoes, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, and Yorkshire puddings. Finished off with a rich vegetarian gravy and home-made cranberry sauce or home-made apple cranberry and Port Sauce.


 Desserts  

Home Made Traditional Christmas Pudding

Served with custard, ice cream or clotted cream.

Traditional Sherry Trifle or Black Forest Trifle

Traditional Trifle made with mixed fruit, custard, jelly and Sherry, topped with clotted cream and sprinkles. The Black Forest made with black cherries, jelly, Kirsch, chocolate brownie, chocolate mouse and clotted cream.

Black Forest Brownie

 Chocolate Brownie drizzled with Kirch, topped with black cherries and a vanilla ice cream bomb, chocolate sauce and chocolate flake sprinkles.

Christmas Fruit Crumble

Bramley apples and homemade Brandy mincemeat, topped with crumble made with ground almonds and rice flour. Served with custard, ice cream or clotted cream.

Mini Ploughman’s Cheese Board

Cheddar, Red Leicester and stilton served with Branston pickle, a pickled onion and crackers.
